Indane Gas Refill Booking
To refill your Indane Gas cylinder, you can
choose any of the following ways:

Online booking: Fill the Consumer
Registration form given on Indane gas online booking. (You don’t need to download
it. It is available online.) You can fill your distributor’s details (State,
District, Distributor and Consumer No.) OR your personal details (17 Digit LPG
Id, User Name and E-mail as necessary fields) and send it by clicking on the
Submit button.
Once you have registered you can always log in and book
refill of your cylinder anytime.
You can also book a refill of your cylinder with the
mobile application, Indane, supported by Android and iphones.

Offline Booking:
§ Through SMS: Registered users can book offline through SMS by sending <IOC>
to the IVRS number of your state which is mentioned on Indane gas, under
‘Refill booking through SMS.’
If your mobile number is not registered, you can register it through SMS by sending IOC<STD Code + Distributor’s Tel. Number><Consumer Number> to IVRS number of your state.
If your mobile number is not registered, you can register it through SMS by sending IOC<STD Code + Distributor’s Tel. Number><Consumer Number> to IVRS number of your state.
§ Through IVRS: To register through IVRS, you can call on the IVRS number of your
state which is mentioned on Indane gas under ‘Refill booking through SMS.’ You
can choose English, Hindi or local language. Thereafter, you can press 1, 2 or
3 depending upon your need.

Indane Gas New Connection
You can contact your nearest distributor OR
find the required form on Indane Gas, Fill in the details after ensuring that
you have valid E-mail ID, valid Telephone Number, valid identification of the
nearest distributor (which you can find in ‘Our Network’ link provided on the
form) and your household do not possess any LPG/PNG connection and send the
form online. At the time of availing connection, you need the photocopy of the
following documents for verification against the originals by the distributor:

Proof of Address: Either of the following
documents is required:
§ Aadhaar(UID)
§ Driving License
§ Lease Agreement
§ Voter ID
§ Telephone/Electricity/Water Bill
§ Passport
§ Self Declaration attested by Gazetted Officer
§ Ration Card
§ Flat allotment/Possession letter
§ House registration document
§ LIC Policy
§ Bank/Credit Card Statement
